Stactic Investments
For static investments or “Feeder” that provides a bridge between the fund and investor. It allows to open a new distribution channel for fund managers.
– AIS sep up a segregated cell through its securirization vehicle (AIS PCC Limited ) which in turn isues the product´s certificates assigning a unique ISIN.
– The investor will buy the certificate thrugh his usual trading account by simply providing the relevant ISIN to their Bank/Custodian.
– The Paying agent will facilitate the transaction between the investor´s Custodian bank and the Securitization cehicle by Operating a Delivery versus Payment (DVP).
– The Payment proceeds will then be transferred to the Cell´s specific account at the Paying Agent and then to the cell´s specific account at the Custodian (if Applicable).
– Once the Proceeds are e ectively pooled into the securitization Vehicle, they are available for subsequent investment.
